One of my favorite stories to tell is about a time when someone handed me their ditty bag to hold.

I was busy handling lots of other things, but I held it to be polite.

What came next is the most important part of my story…

I realized that the bag was a metaphor, representing the things I say “yes” to out of obligation even though they are not necessary and often don’t fall into the category of Things that Matter.

From this story, Ditch the Ditty was born, a movement about helping women become more intentional about how they spend their time.

Ditch the Ditty: Doing What Matters Instead of Doing It All

Ready to Ditch Your Ditties?

I design and facilitate workshops and experiences that help women leaders focus on what truly matters. Together, we identify and release the unnecessary work, inherited expectations, and quiet obligations that pull attention away from what’s most meaningful. The result is greater clarity, more intentional choices, and a way of working that feels aligned rather than overwhelming.
