A little more about me

I’ve built my career as a curious outsider, peering into hundreds—maybe even thousands—of organizations of every shape and size across the globe. When I’m not holed up somewhere getting smart about a new client or helping leaders move toward what they want more of, I’m likely leaning into my superpower as a well-known (and well-connected) networker.

Over the years, I’ve become recognized as a leader in strength-based change methodologies with more than 25 years of experiences partnering with leaders and teams across sectors.  I’m passionate about helping people and organizations navigate change with clarity and purpose.  With an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and decades of experience working in partnership with leading scholars in leadership and change, my work is grounded in a strong blend of theory and real-world practice.

When I’m not helping organizations and leaders get clear on what truly matters, you’ll find me enjoying what matters most to me: spending time outdoors, watching baseball games with my family, and hanging out with my dog, Dolly Parton.

Dolly is always reinventing herself, staying rooted in who she is while finding fresh new ways to express herself.
